The property is perched on a bluff overlooking the downtown, with views to Canada. Ten of course, there's the Olympic Mtns on the other side. But the stairway down to the downtown is right next to the property. Very convenient.

Very friendly and courteous staff. The hotel is one street up from the ferry, very convenient. There is also a Safeway around the corner, was great to get snacks for the ferry. The hotel and rooms are tired, but clean and comfortable bed. Overall I liked my stay. Breakfast was also included with much to offer, not just continental breakfast.

Had to stay one night as we miscalculated the ferry time back from Vancouver Island. Came in at 430PM. The check in staff were friendly -rooms dated and clean. Did not have any musty odors -we took the top floor by choice as we had no bags .Breakfast was good-great choices and well stocked and clean. Recommend.
