Arrived at 10:30 pm for check in. Was informed by the front desk clerk that they had overbooked 15 rooms and we were out of luck. He did point us to a nearby hotel and said check there. Luckily, we also had reservations at a different hotel nearby for some of our group and they were able to get us a room. They had a cancellation so we were in luck. No advance notification of the situation. The poor desk clerk was left to inform 15 surprised and angry customers. He was very apologetic

the website said transportation to the airport. When we arrived I didn't know that we had to book 2 weeks before needing a ride to the airport. It cost me $40 for an 8 mile trip to the airport. very disappointed!

Friendly Staff and clean rooms. We (4 rooms, 4 days / 3 nights) enjoyed our Christmas with our parents near by and had a clean safe nearby place to lay our heads at night.
