The modern and remodeled rooms were very nice. The HVAC still looked old and didn't quite match the room. A microwave in the standard room would been nice.

We are looking to have the HVAC replaced in the future as for the microwave we no longer will have any microwaves in any of our rooms. The rooms were very dated. The carpet was old and had multiple stains. The bathroom tub was very worn. The toilet ran continuously.

The clerk was very helpful and sociable. Hotel just never has enough towels in the room. or in the check-in office.

The property has a policy of double charging, for your stay, example: you check in pay with credit card for 2 days your card is processed which is to cover that time, the hotel inturns will also do a per day charge on top of your check in amount which ties up funds on your card. Example 2day stay $235 paid + hotel day one $136 " + day two $136 then youe waiting for theses charges to drop off. This should be told to the customer in advance
