*Fresh, homemade breakfast is complimentary for the first 7 days of your stay. Breakfast can be requested 8am-10am (or fresh fruit is available to-go at any time). Other meals may be added for an additional fee.

*This is our home and we would like to feel as safe as our guests, therefore all guests are required to show a valid state ID. Name on reservation and ID must match.

* Our beautiful, clean, relaxing, up-to-date, beach themed, private guest room awaits you. The queen sized pillow-top mattress, coupled with flowing white sheers from the canopy will make you feel like you're at the beach (which is only a 5 min drive away). The beach themed room is equipped with a SmartTV + FireStick, closet and a work space for your computer.

*Guests have a private bathroom with toiletries included.

*The shared spaces with the homeowner include a living room with a swing chair, 55" SmartTV +FireStick and sofa. Guests are also welcome to use the kitchen, laundry room and patio.

*You will have free Wi-Fi access inside and on the patio.
*The patio is equipped with 2 fans, a BBQ grill, tables and comfortable chairs to enjoy the fresh air and breathtaking sunset.
*We also have chickens who lay fresh eggs every morning, which you are invited to enjoy.

*The home owner is a licensed spa specialist who can provide safe and professional hair and massage services on site or at the spa (6 mins away from the property) for an additional fee.
*24/7 transportation is available for an additional fee.

Great find for shared space!
First time sharing a space for a rental - very positive experience! Addie greeted us on arrival and showed us to our bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom was nicely decorated and bathroom had everything we needed. Bedroom had a nice flat screen TV with Netflix for streaming movies. Home-made breakfast was offered which was a nice option. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything in Port Orange.

Addie provided us a great living space that felt like an extension of our home while we were vacationing in Florida. She’s a wonderful cook and provided a safe and beautiful home to us. She’s an excellent people person and gives you your own personal space as well. Would definitely stay here again and 5 stars to Addie for a wonderful experience.

This was the first time we stayed in a shared space and it was a great experience. From the moment we arrived, our host was welcoming, smiling and gracious. We were able to relax in our comfortable, quiet room and felt like we had privacy when we needed it. The breakfasts were phenomenal and we were able to visit with and get to know a little about our host, sharing stories and interests. If you're looking for an option that is more personable and unexpected than a boring hotel room, this is an excellent choice.

Great place for a quick stay!!
The host, Addie, was so welcoming! The place was clean, and located in a great spot. Although it was a shared space, we still had privacy. We were able to lock the bedroom door and hang onto the key! This is the perfect place to stay for a short visit. Highly recommend!

Hostess was nice and welcoming. Neighborhood is old. Mostly prefab homes. Bedroom had 18” to walk around bed. If you’re just sleeping there it’s ok. Hostess will cook breakfast for you. We were on a motorcycle and covered parking was nice.

Loved staying here!
My husband and two kids stayed at Addie’s house. We were immediately comfortable in such a warm and inviting home. Addie made sure our stay was the absolute best. We will stay here again for future trips to the Daytona area. I cannot thank you enough for the hospitality and amazing breakfast. Addie is such a kind soul and a joy to meet.
