    Nice but needs some work
Overall we enjoyed our stay but we immediately noticed some things that should’ve been fixed. Pros: Close enough walk to the beach. Comfortable beds, enough seating, sufficient cookware and dishes, beach wagon, kayak, bikes, beach toys, beach chairs, nice tv setup, easy parking, quiet area (while we were there), close enough to bike and walk to Salinas, a few odd and end pantry items leftover were helpful, the washer & dryer worked well. Cons: The lock on the doorknob on the front door is useless, the new flooring looks nice but the thresholds were missing and the floor itself is uneven, the fans in the bedrooms are on remotes but they were connected so we had to figure out the best way to compromise (There may have been a way to fix this but I never got the chance to message the owner.), there is a dehumidifier in the master bathroom, if you run it it gets warm, if you don’t run it there is a musty smell, the Keurig only worked sometimes, the master bath was missing the doorknob, it was in a drawer. We did enjoy our stay but we likely won’t be back until we know the musty smell in the master bath is gone and the front doorknob is replaced.

    Florida trip 2023
Love staying in the community. House was nice but has some flooring issues, master bathroom door knob was missing and towel racks were coming off the wall. Other than that, everything was great. Issue’s definitely didn’t hinder our stay at all. The kids loved the beach and we love the quietness of the community.

    Pleasant stay
I myself did not stay on the property. The company I work for requires a lot of travel and we like to get VRBO's to make their longer stays more comfortable. Robert was so helpful and accommodating when we needed to book day of and extend our stay due to weather delays in work. Our crew enjoyed your property very much!
