          Just like home!

Loved our stay! Had the upgrade to the entire house and it was awesome. Nice fluffy, clean towels. All the kitchen amenities you would need, but we didnt use them! Too many great restaurants in Portland, and a handful with in walking distance from the house! Bed was very comfortable. We loved sitting on the front porch for bfast and early evening. Neighborhood was great. Close to everything we wanted to do. It reminded us of our neighborhood at home so it was easy to feel comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend trying it out for yourself!

          5/5 Excellent

            Great Neighborhood

Great shops & restaurants within walking distance as well as Mt. Tabor for exercise and beautiful sunsets! Ben is a great host and we would stay again.

            5/5 Excellent

              Great Attention to Details

Our group of four enjoyed this well-appointed, clean ground floor apartment. Host Ben was enthusiastic, friendly, easy to communicate with and quick to respond. All info provided was clear, entry was simple and secure, and we had no trouble finding adjacent on-street parking. Popular Hawthorne District location is a neighborhood of parks and sweet family homes close to many restaurants, a movie theater and fun shopping. Ben wants his guests to feel right at home and his attention to detail sets this place apart. The apt was comfortable and cool (despite hot summer temps). The modern, well-appointed kitchen and big backyard with grill and patio, are ready for cooking big meals. We opted for the convenience of Hawthorne Blvd, a 2 min walk up the block. A fast favorite was Groundwork Coffee Cafe with its very kind staff, great coffee, pastries, breakfast sandwiches and GF options. Also Por Que No Taqueria (don't be deterred by the line, it moves quickly). Great location, attentive host and thoughtful details make this a great choice!
