Property much like Portland has seen better days. The building smelled of cigarette smoke and it was dark and dingy. The window screen upon arrival into the room was stuck so that the window wouldnt close fully. Continental breakfast was okay but nothing to write home about.

Room was dirty towel brackets were falling off the walls wallpaper was pealing off the walls and on one wall the paper had been removed and the wall was not refinished the general appearance outside was not kept up I will never stay there again

NO ELEVATORS IN THE BUILDING. ONLY ONE ICE MACHINE ALL THE WAY DOWN ON THE FIRST FLOOR. WEBSITE ADVERTISED SWIMMING POOL AND HOT TUB, THE HOT TUB WAS NOT WORKING AND BOARDED UP AND ROPED OFF. CARPETS IN CORRIDORS REALLY REALLY DIRTY. NO GARMENT HANGERS FOR CLOTHING.

Rooms were clean but very noisy. Dog in next room kept barking. Towels had a stinky smell and when asked for new towels (after leaving towel outside door) they were hesitant to give new ones. Did not know continental breakfast was not served or pool was closed until after we checked in. Trash cans outside build were over flowing with trash on the ground through out our stay.

This property is getting remodeled but there's also a lot of things that are Broken and there is no elevator the floors in the restroom and in the lobby from the pool are very slippery while we were there we saw child slip in the lobby there's no wet floor signs.

The property was clean but the public bathroom had no toilet paper. It took almost 25 minutes to get checked in. We checked to see if they had a room available early as we had been traveling and extremely tired. We were told not to come back until after 3pm. Not even a we can call you as soon as your room is available. No courtesy at all from workers. We will never choose to go back. The pillows in the room were just small squares not even standard pillow size.
