I am truly sorry that your stay was inturrpted by so many noises during your stay on the first floor. While we try to put guests that prefer a quieter room on an upper floor sometimes this is not available. The best way to avoid a first floor room is to book anything but a standard queen room or an accessible room as these are the only room types on the ground floor. We do also have ear plugs at the front desk should anyone want some. We hope you will stay with us again and let us know you would like a higher floor. Thanks again for the feedback.

I am sorry we did not take care of the issues in your room while you stayed. Normally when staff is told of things right away we do what we can to fix it during your stay. We always have a rush right around 8 am but do try to keep the breakfast stocked till 9 am as stated on our breakfast hours. I am sorry the front desk staff did not have optimal customer service during your stay.
