I liked it’s old school style. I didn’t like that it didn’t have a T.V in the room or a bathroom. We had to share a bathroom with other guest. I didn’t like that it doesn’t have complimentary breakfast for guests.

Thanks for your feedback. The Crystal Hotel is definitely historic and old fashioned, like stepping into the past. The King Suites have private bathrooms but they do book quickly. While we do have complimentary coffee and tea for guests, you may want to try our Sunrise breakfast package next time, which includes a $30 credit for breakfast here at Zeus Cafe. The front desk person was rude and abrupt. Not helpful at all with a very serious problem of parking the car, and then upon check-in was extremely judgmental and abrasive. I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH McMENAMINS PROPERTIES again.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. Unfortunately, we do not have our own parking lot but there is an underground parking garage that is only a block away that we direct guests towards. Thanks for giving us a try, sounds like it wasn't a good fit for you. Take care.

Great location, nice soaking tub, found cheap street parking, beautiful building and facilities. Room was pretty tiny and bathroom shared but had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again.
