The hotel had recently had a name change so am assuming it was re-purchased. There was building debris in piles on the outside of the building. Workers were lounging in what limited seating there was. I smelled cigarette smoke in the halls of the residential area (non-smoking facility). My room was very stark. There were no hand towels, wash rags, shower floor matt. There was no bedspread--just sheets and pillows on the bed. Even when I turned on the heat, it would run for a few minutes then shut off and the room became cold again. I asked for a blanket for the bed and the front desk person said to just turn up the heat. Clearly they are undergoing some type of renovation but they should have provided guests with a discount for the less than average conditions of the facility. I will not come here again.
