There were no washcloths . The hotel was not well kept up . The lady at the desk was very rude . The room didn’t have a rail in the shower like we requested . The people across the hall had a dog .

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your stay. I'd like to extend apologies for the service you received during your stay and the possible miscommunication about the hand rails. We had communicated, prior to your stay, about the rails. All of our bathtubs have a safety rail at the edge to aid in getting in and out of the shower; only the handicapped accessible rooms have additional additional rails within the shower. We, unfortunately, have a shortage on facecloths as they are a high use item that tends to wear rather quickly so we replace them fairly often. Covid has affected the manufacturing and procurement of these items, and we recognize this as a major problem. We are trying. We are a pet friendly hotel so it was OK for the dog to be there. I am sorry if this affected your stay.
