Great location close to attractions and a beautiful character building. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Only issue was our washer/dryer didn't seem to work properly but otherwise a great stay. Breakfast also had plenty of options.

The perfect place to stay in Porto. Extremely friendly and helpful staff and a beautiful loft room made this a holiday to remember, fabulous breakfast too! The property is ideally placed to explore Porto, and is easily walkable from the main Metro stations. I highly recommend it!

This hotel is in the perfect location. Walking distance to everything and close proximity to the Dom Luis bridge. The apartment was a stunning mix of old and new. The original windows and staircase leading up to the second floor was a beautiful nod to the past. We had more than enough room in our apartment. It was two floors with two large bathrooms and bedrooms. Could easily accommodate a family. Just a warning though for you girlies that like to use hair tools - there are no outlets in the bathrooms so you have to do your styling in a main room without a mirror. I guess a small price to pay for staying in a hundreds year old palace!

The apartment was large and very well equipped, including an eat-in kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, a living room, bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a separate powder room. The room was quiet and the hotel was a lovely building and grounds. There was secure parking on-site. The staff were wonderful, welcoming, friendly and professional. I would return here. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent stay. From the time of booking, the staff at the Condes de Azevedo Palace made sure we were looked after. The apartment was a mixture of the old, new and the quirky, which I particularly liked. Front of house were always on hand and happy to offer advice on everything about Porto. The secret garden was a great place to go for a quiet drink. I would highly recommend this beautiful location as the perfect base to explore an amazing city. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was great, thank you Pedro. If you have a car I would advise paying extra for a space at the hotel. The hotel is centrally located and close to everything. The staff went over the top to make us feel at home.
