I stayed in room with 2 queen beds. Spacious room, large closet, large bathroom. Very clean. Would stay here again.

What I did not like was the tacking on of a extra $90.00 to cover amenities without knowing ahead of time, for each of the 3 rooms I paid for!!! Now, I'll most likely have a week or two week wait till the credit or they release the $90, given that they honor their word. I will not book there again because of this practice. I understand covering costs, but this is "mind-reading" costs they are future charging for. Not a fair business practice.

When you choose your room types it does show that there is a requirement for an incidental hold per room which is released back to your card after checkout as long as there are no additional charges or damages. I do apologize if you did not notice that section on the website or your confirmations. We hope that you decide to stay with us again if you are in the area in the future.

When looking for a hotel I filtered for hotels with pools. The Comfort inn does in fact have an indoor pool however it was still closed due to Covid-19. It should have been disclosed when booking that the pool was not currently open.
