Our first room was infested with ants, they moved us from a two queen bedroom w/ fridge and microwave into a one king bed, no fridge, no microwave and was told this was an upgrade. The pool was cold and cloudy, there were no towels available and the front desk would only give me 1 towel TOTAL for my daughter and myself. They said they’d bring more down to the pool, but never showed up. Also, there was a swim school that occupied the pool for the first 45 minutes we were down there.

There was nothing unique or special. However there multiple things that needed addressed. The exterior beds and gardens were overgrown with weeds. The carpet in reception was a little shabby. The carpet was much worse in the halls leading to the rooms. the tiles in the bathroom were cracked. The shower door was not attached properly, the drain cover was also detached. The toilet was difficult to flush. The property needs a makeover! The breakfast had no eggs, a few green bananas, no juice. The waffle machine had burnt batter in it - unusable; The room was decently clean and comfortable. The AC worked great. Linens and towels were fine.

Room was great, suite was large & spacious, beds super comfy. Checked in around 730pm and desk staff wasn't overly friendly but didn't have to deal with them much. Would stay here again!

The staff member were really friendly however, my 1 year old son rolled his toy car under the bed in our room and I look under the bed to get the car and find 2 pairs of dirty underwear! Men and women’s dirty underwear that my son almost grabbed! Absolutely unacceptable, so I look under the second bed to find dirty socks under that one. Not impressed. When I mentioned it to the hotel staff they couldn’t give me a discount due to booking through a third party app (Travelocity) only downfall of booking through here. They also didn’t even offer to have anyone come get the dirty underwear out of the room just apologized. Otherwise, the place did the job for one night but probably won’t be returning.
