The mattress must be 30yrs ols, the roo.m was smelly, the bed shirk was torn the furnitur was badly scarred, the sofa sanked in upon sittong on it snd the pullout was deplorable. The beds had no comforter on it, only a sheet and blanket and the pillows were so soft that your head just danked rigjt in them. Upon arrival to the room, there was an open beer bottle next to the door. At my request and after staff inspection I was changed from room 273 to room 204 which was a more modern room but still had some of the same bed, pillow and beddong issues. Althought the mattress seemed newer, the quality was vey poor. In this room the shower pressure was very low and the nozzle leaked. The continental breakfast was late and the potatoes were not cooked well. The entire Hotel was sticky and humid and smelled. The furnitur in the main lobby and common areas were worned and unsightly. I would never recommend anyone to stay there. I dont know how they remain open.

We needed to stay and in area on a busy weekend and hotel was not our first choice but was OK for our one night stay. Room was clean but very basic (had to ask for a blanket) but clean and bigger than some rooms I've stayed in for that area. Bed was not the newer thick type (about 6 inches max), but I was surprised it was OK to sleep on. Breakfast was typical (not the best quality but ok) , eggs, waffles, juice , fruit yogurt and coffee etc.

Pulled into the hotel in the evening. The hotel was dark. No outside lights on. Clerk did not say hello and barely looked at us. The room was dirty and someone else’s coffee was still in the pot. Then a roach crawled across the floor. Gross!

Burn holes in sheets

First off, I booked based on availability and accommodations for a pet. Despite being directed to a number of hotels claiming to accommodate pets via Travelocity, Not one, including this poor excuse for a Ramada Inn, provided any information including limitations or extra fees. AND, yes, there was an extra fee which I found out about after I called. Oh, and did I mention, burn holes in the sheets which, whether it is smoking or non-smoking, just shouldn't be.
