Such a wonderful hotel! We loved it! Not too big, not too small, friendly staff and very helpful, great breakfast every morning, clean and comfortable. Awesome location on a quiet street but close to everything we wanted to experience. Our two favorite things about the Cloister Inn, besides those listed above: it had all of the amenities we needed but none that we didn't need (which meant that we didn't have to pay for amenities we never use); and we loved the tasteful religious art in the common areas. Very refreshing without being offensive. Fabulous hotel, all around!

Wonderful staff, service and location

Cons: The bed is kind of low, somewhat difficult to get up and down.
This was an unexpected find! The staff was incredible, answering every question and seemingly going out of their way to please and assist. The breakfast was first rate, and I loved the coffee. And the location was perfect, a short walk to everywhere, unless one got lost, which is quite easy in this town. 3 computers downstairs made it quite easy to get on the internet. Coffee in the lobby, and a vending machine for beer and stuff, and can buy wine and champagne in the lobby as well! Cookies all around too! Small elevator, but one should take the stairs, anyway.

Great stay in Prague

Cons: The mattress was too hard for me.
Location: Everything!
Most of the staff were absolutely fantastic. Knowledgeable, informative, helpful, friendly. Quick with excellent recommendations of restaurants, directions, places of interest. Brilliant location within walking distance of everything. Spotless bathroom!
