We arrived at the rental office by taxi as it was starting to get dark. Maybe we should have had the taxi wait? We ended up walking from the office to the apartment. It wasn’t too hard to find, just that by then it was dark and dragging luggage through an unfamiliar area, not knowing if it was safe? We had a small struggle to get the key to open the door to the apartment each time. (Never did figure out what was the trick to it, but messed with it until it opened). We did not care for the decorations of the apartment, however it was clean, spacious and comfortable. It is located in a quiet area, close to the Old Town Square. We had a lovely time in Prague.

Property location is excellent close enough to old town and all historical attractions but quiet enough to enjoy a good night sleep. Staff communication is very poor and they lack customer service, the check in happens at a different location meaning the inconvenience of two taxis after landing.

Great location. Property done to a really high spec with really good amenities. If I had to be picky, The balcony is off the bedroom and you cannot open or close from outside so not ideal if someone is sleeping in then bedroom! All in all great apartment - would recommend paying extra to check in at the apartment
