The apartment features a sunny interior with large French windows and a beautiful view of a quiet street. The equipped kitchenette includes a stove, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, and blender. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, and cutlery. For our guests, we offer complimentary Nescafé coffee capsules in various flavors, tea, still water, and a small gift in the form of a golden liquid typical of the Czech Republic.
Entry to the building is secured by a chip, and access to the apartment is via a key, which will be personally handed to the guests or via an external lockable box.
We would like to inform you that parking is available at two parking lots located approximately 50 meters from the apartment, both parking are paid (prices are from 15 to 20 eur per 24h). The choice of parking lot is entirely up to you; both parking lots are accessible from Křižíkova Street and are operated by an external companies. The parking lots may have limited availability, so we recommend making a reservation in advance. It is also possible to park motorcycles (maximum of 2 motorcycles per spot) in these parking lots. In the apartment, a home manual is available in the form of a written brochure in multiple languages. The manual contains all important information regarding arrival and departure, safety, WiFi, points of interest in the vicinity, restaurants and cafes we recommend, as well as instructions for using the appliances.
