fantastic hotel, wonderful location. The only issue (traveled in February) is that the air conditioning is not controllable in the rooms OR they have manually set them not to go below 22 Celsius so I was very hot in the room. Everything else was great, but I’ll likely stay somewhere else next time. I must mention that when I brought the heat issue up to the front desk, a tech came and adjusted something in the room but when I told reception that it did not help they offered me a slight discount on the booking for the inconvenience. Great hotel overall!

I’ve stayed at this property multiple times and it is always extremely comfortable. The restaurant has ordinary food but it’s a great convenient option. Staff is super kind and efficient.

Reception team is very helpful and amazing, Everything was really going well til the bartender last night, we were asking for a bottle of still water, he served us after 5 minutes although he walking around doing nothing, when he served a cold bottle of water we asked him to get a room temperature water, he said they only have cold water from the fridge which is very unusual, they should have in the store. He is not professional at all, he didn’t even say hello.

Fabulous modern property
Fantastic affordable modern accommodation in great location for was access to all Prague has to offer. Tram line right outside for easy travel around the city and to and from airport. Restaurant was good but there are others also nearby as well as mini market and larger shopping centre next door. Room was clean and spacious with wifi and casting to tv very simple. I highly recommend this hotel for an affordable short stay
