Booked a double/king-size bed for our wedding anniversary trip but on check in told they were all gone so only single beds available when I complained I wouldn’t have booked if I’d have known I was told it would be sorted… got to the room & 2 single beds had been pushed together it was so uncomfortable on our stay as beds kept separating throughout the nights, also room was facing a very large office block so could not open curtains as everyone could see in. There was some kind of chimney/ boiler outside window which rumbled 24 hours very noisy! Would not return to this hotel.

Property was clean, room was comfortable and the facilities were great. Only downside was restaurant seem disorganized, unsure where dining was open/closed and servers seemed to lack initiative to take tables
