My wife, who is particular, called this the BEST VRBO we've ever stayed in. That praise does NOT come lightly.
First, Liza is incredible! Communicative, responsive, friendly, polite. The best owner communication we've ever gotten. That's so key!
Second, the property is incredible. An older home that's attached to the coolest little wedding chapel and now a Historic Property. It's completely updated inside, with a great kitchen, two very good sized bedrooms, a big laundry room, a spacious front room and two nice bathrooms.
The front porch is awesome and the grounds are super nice and immaculate. We thought we had pulled up the wrong place because the pics just don't do it justice!
The place is well stocked and the labels on everything in the kitchen are extremely helpful and there are lots of things that many VRBO's neglect like laundry detergent, garbage bags, TP, etc. No cutting of corners or portioning here!
King sized bed in the back bedroom is really comfortable with a big TV, Nest thermostat and ceiling fans make the temp easy to control, walkin closet is really nice and the linen and decor is spot on. Really nothing at all to complain about.
Some may want a big walkin shower these days, which the size of the house probably limits, but what we had was just fine and my wife appreciated me having an entirely other bathroom to use!! LOL
A TON of free parking out front which is nice when you get back late!
Third: Location! Just a block from the town center park and court house, five minute walk, at most, to Whiskey Row and all of the cool shops and restaurants! A really cool town that is very easily accessed from this home!
And did I mention Liza? They had some damage from the Monsoon that required some tree work and she let us know before we headed down, communicated with us throughout and was apologetic the entire time, though there wasn't a need to be.
We also got there early and she let us check in early, which was so helpful!
We will absolutely be back!!
