I have no complaints. There was reduced staffing resulting in longer wait times, however despite this, th staff did an excellent job.

We booked a room for 3 adults and two children. Susan checked the five of us in, and when we got to our room there was no cot or rollaway to sleep five people. We returned to the front desk where we were told that the room only slept 4, and fire code didn’t permit the rollaway. I showed them the Travelocity confirmation for 5, and they stated they didn’t honor third party bookings and that we could rent another room to facilitate 5 guests. They then stated that it was an error, and they would refund our money. 6 days later after multiple calls to Travelocity, they refuse to give us a $175 refund. Sad, we will never use or refer anyone to Travelocity or Hampton Inns to anyone ever again.

The room and furnishings were in less than satisfactory condition, not what I am accustom to with most Hampton inns. Staff were fine at check in etc

Wonderful people at the reception and including hospitality and the driver and took us back-and-forth to twin River Casino for cool in the gang

Everything was perfect except that I cancelled a third room a couple days before arrival and I was still charged a no-show fee.

Good value.

Good value. Breakfast included and meal options consistent with what other locations offer. Location provides easy access.
