Hotel was clean and comfortable. Check in and check out were quick and streamlined. My main issue is with the location. I didn’t realize before booking that the property backs up to the highway. Our room had windows facing the parking lot/highway. Being on the first floor we could hear EVERYTHING. Loud highway traffic, super loud people in the parking lot from after midnight up to 2/3 AM (shouting, loud music, throwing stuff??). It was pretty frustrating as we were there for my fiancée to recover from surgery and get some rest and quiet. It was anything but quiet and restful.

The room i was initially put in was filthy. There was dirt on the floor, hair in the tub, and lots of hair under the covers. Someone made the bed, but didnt put new sheets on the bed. I was not pleased. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful, came up, took a look at the room and then found me a new room to stay in, which he thoroughly inspected himself.

The room was and nice and clean but there was nothing in it! No towels, no soap, no shower curtain!! And there was zero staff to help us after 8:00 am. The should have been a staff member at the front desk at 7:00 am but the employee didn’t want in the door until 7:45am. For the amount of money I paid for one night, I would have hoped for much better hospitality.

At 4:45 am there was a screaming lady in the hall- the air conditioner served as an alarm clock EVERY TIME it kicked on. We woke up to a smoking smell- there were two pillows combined made a half inch of pillow
