This is probably the best resort I have ever stayed in. Perfect property, wonderful people, amazing attention to detail, walkable to shops and restaurants, tons of amenities. I will be back and I would not stay anywhere else. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

This property is just stunning! The staff is all very friendly and knowledgeable and management has already thought of any and everything you could need and supplies it!
The turndown service is the best. Include breakfast in your reservation....you will love it and the service in the beautiful restaurant. A great way to start your day.
The concierge desk is your ticket to a fabulous stay. Garrick knew everybody and could advise us to all activities we wanted to do: Horseback riding, fishing, snorkeling. The fact that waterfront sporting equipment is available is a huge plus. AND THE STAFF IS AMAZING!!!

Gorgeous resort. We stayed for our honeymoon and the staff was wonderful. The food was delish, the spa was relaxing it was just picture perfect. Our suite was better than we could have imagined. We cannot wait to go back!

Beautiful Resort! Our luxurious room was recently renovated with a transitional, island decor. The staff is friendly and helpful. We took out a catamaran, at no additional charge, a couple of days. The equipment is in great condition. The restaurants, one overlooking the ocean, are fabulous. Breakfast, which was included, was wonderful; they made an effort to offer different items each day. They have a beautiful, huge heated pool and a hot tub but the gorgeous turquoise waters of Grace Bay called us to the beach everyday, where the staff set us up with chaise covers, towels and an umbrella...paradise!

We stayed at Seven Stars for our honeymoon. While traveling to Turks and Caicos and staying here was not our original plan, I'm so glad that traveling during COVID lead us here! Seven Stars was AMAZING! I felt so safe here, as they followed every COVID travel precaution. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The entire place was pristine and had so much to offer, from the lovely pools to the gorgeous beaches, the great bar and all the water equipment. They let us take out snorkling equipment to go out to other spots on the island. I have to give a special thanks to the incredible spa! We had a couple's massage scheduled but I ended up with a serious sunburn the day before. The massage therapist whipped up a special lotion to help and gave me extra to take back with me. In addition to being an awesome message, it helped so much! I was back to being able to sleep comfortably. I'm not sure what was in the lotion, but they should bottle it and sell it! I really can't say enough positive things about this place! The only negative I could possibly say is that the breakfast was just ok. It was plenty of food but just a little lacking in choices. I think this was really just a product of Covid times since they said usually they do a buffet with many more options. Overall though, this place was truly paradise!!

The staff was excellent and very friendly . The faculty was very clean
but we had a Horrible experience with mosquitoes . we were eaten alive from our first day of arrival .
I Complained about the fact that we booked 2 ocean view suites for my family and there was no way you can see the ocean from the trees . We complained several times about the view and the mosquitoes bites and asked to speak to a manager . We got one time a response that “oh well” .
I am very dissatisfied with the amount of money I spent on ocean view and didn’t get any satisfying remedies .
I would never book again through travelocity if they can’t guarantee what they sell .
Also the transport to the hotel was twice what a taxi will cost from the airport to the facility .
