It was a very nice room and especially very quiet and the bed very comfortable. The staff including both Eben (?) and Letitia were very accommodating. The only downside was first two cold showers my wife and I had to take before Phillip--who was exceedingly friendly-- ultimately corrected the problem and finally solved it the second time around. I would recommend this resort to anyone who intended to come to TCI and for a very reasonable price.

My adult son & I played Golf 7 days in a row at the nearby excellent course, beached, dined,rode bikes & parasailed. Enjoyed our accommodations w/ lanai for dominoes. Very convenient to everything we desired, even church twice.

The good, bad and… Good. Staff was great. Rooms and property very clean. Maids were very good as well. Location is close to town so lots of places walkable. Bed was very good. Pool was small but clean. Bad. The room was very dim and the A/C was spotty. Very few amenities but we expected that as it is advertised as 3 star. The Ugly. Terrible shower. The water trickles down with no pressure. At times not even a trickle. There was an alarm going off for days making sitting out at the pool annoying. Pulling into the hotel parking you go through the back of Danny Buoys which is not pretty. No views at all from the hotel. And the worst is that there is no elevator! You will have to lug your bags up 3 flights if on the 3rd floor. No bellman or help either. Paying over $700 per night with taxes I would expect better. It’s not a high end hotel but for that amount, it feels like a bad deal.

The Grace Bay Suites is a smaller hotel but it’s located right in the Center of all the action in Grace Bay. It’s not directly located on the beach but beach access is less than a 5 minute walk and there are chairs and private area reserved for Grace Bay Suites guests. They also give you breakfast vouchers for local restaurants. Can’t go wrong for the price!
