Great location to wander Provincetown and beaches
The house comes with everything we needed. The kitchen is well equiped and the gas fireplace was very cosy. The small fenced backyard was fine for letting the dog out in the morning without having to gear up to go out. It is an easy walk to downtown for dinner and short drive to all the ocean you could ever want!

Very nice house hat made our trip special
We liked the house a lot. Slightly off the main path to downtown and only a 10 min walk to Commercial Street. It is only a two min walk to the supermarket and a bike rental. Lots of room and an excellent outdoor space. Spices and kitchen supplies were ample for any basic cooking or grilling. When we arrived, everything was very very clean. Minor overlooked detail is that there could be more paper products provided (toilet tissue, tissues, and paper towels). For our two week stay, we needed to buy some ourselves and left them behind for the next guest. Overall a very good experience. And would definitely rent this property again.

Spacious , modern, quiet and clean
This recently renovated house was great for our needs. Past house rentals we have had in Provincetown had noise problems from shared walls with neighbors. This house is standalone and in a quiet neighborhood, yet still a 10 minute walk to Commercial. The house was clean and has modern appliances and a well-functioning HVAC system. The primary suite is especially nice with both a spacious bedroom and bathroom. One slight issue we had , noted by others, is that it can be hard to get detailed, specific answers since you are dealing with a management company and not the owner. It took 3 tries and several weeks to learn whether the skylights have shades (they do).

Great home and location
We found this property to be super clean, comfortable, and just a short walk to everything we wanted to do. We also loved there was a dog park just a few minutes walk from the property. The only issue we had was not being able to turn on the TV in the living room. We reached out the property manger Saturday morning and received a response, but ultimately never received help. I think that's one issue with a large property management company, but otherwise our stay was amazing.

The cleanest house I have ever stayed at. Wonderful amenities, organization, and fully stocked house. The furniture was comfortable, and just a short 10 min walk to Commercial St. I absolutely loved it here! I highly recommend it, and hope to be back soon. Thank you so much!!!
