Thank for you reaching out. I appreciate you telling us about your experience, I looked into the situations you described further. I am sorry the front check person came across as rude and short. I am sure that was not her intentions, I do see she waived the one dollar deposit for you that we normally charge. It was a busy week for us and all of our pop was sold out. Our pop machine inventory is brought to us by a vendor.

The room was dirty and the mirror was dirty with spray of toothpaste. We were moved to a clean room but it was inconvenient and left a bad taste.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with ANY hotel or ANY brand for that matter. Arrived at 11pm after a long day of driving, checked in at the front desk and was asked for both adults to show ID. Abnormal but ok, we did, and my friend gives them her passport as ID. They say they can’t accept it and only take state IDs. We point out that that is completely absurd and makes no sense, and no where in their policy or front desk signage does it specify that it must be a state ID. They say they need an address but federal IDs show which state you’re from which clearly proves residency to comply with their “no local residents” policy and we offered to give a street address if they truly needed it for whatever reason. This was for someone who didn’t even make the reservation!! Long story short they refused to give us the room, refused to give us a refund, threaten to call the cops if we didn’t leave, and sent 2 23-year-old women back out at night to find another place to stay which was impossible because every place 3-4 hours from there was fully booked (which he must’ve known because every other front desk worker we spoke to trying to find a new room knew that info). HORRIBLE customer service and even further HORRIBLE way to treat just another human being.

Convenient to freeway. Clean, comfortable room. Very dark and spooky hallway. Very ‘eco-friendly’, no doubt. A nice travel break. Cons: ‘Fitness center’ very dark (eco-friendly) and is just three aging machines. A bit expensive for what you get, but nice.

Didn't like the property. Was not clean. The room that was given to us had a broken door, while my husband was trying to close it he got his hand caught in the door. After that we left it open. Desk showed no concern regarding my husband getting his hand caught. I paid $14.00 up front to Travelocity for guaranteed cancellation. Well we received a hassle when we left 2 days early. Our charge was $331.00 through Travelocity. The desk told to call Travelocity even through we paid at the property. I was on hold for 3 hours with Travelocity never talked to them. Now my credit card is still showing $331.00, when my actual charge was $167.85. I need help!!!!! Vivian Williams

I'm sorry you were unhappy with our property. Our property has very high scores on cleanliness during our inspections. Our apologizes with the door issue. Unfortunately when reservations are done with another party we can not make any changes. The guest would need to contact the third party to make any change to the reservation. I do see everything was taken care of!
