"Surprised how much we liked this resort. The Paraiso Beach is about 300 rooms adjacent and part of 4 or 5 other similar resorts, so it is really a large 1500 room resort. There are tons of pools, lots of places to eat, and plenty to do if you want to do more than lay on the beach and next to the pool. My expectations for food at buffets is very low, but the food here was good, my picky wife would actually eat at the buffets, which usually doesn't happen. The restaurants that require reservations are great and it is a big step up in food quality over the buffets. Our room was large, very nice, and very clean. All of the staff we interacted with was great, really great, like how do they get so many good people to work for them great. We will definitely go back and take kids for spring break. And it was very, very affordable, I can't believe how cheap. Loved the place, liked it much better than the Moon Palace."
