This may have been THE worst stay I have ever had in all of my years of travel. I understand getting what you pay for so my expectations were already low but they were able to surprise me.

Seriously the worse hotel i have stayed at. The comforters/sheets on all beds were stained they looked very old and worn down. The rooms just looked disgusting. There was gum on one of the head boards of the beds. The heater did not work and the weather was very cold. In the bathroom there was like an opening in the ceiling and water was dripping from there. The toilet seat was broken and would fall on your back when you sat down. Seriously it was just horrible. I stayed with 5 kids under the age of 10 and I felt so horrible staying with them in a cold room with dirty bedding. I did complain at the front desk and supposedly they changed the sheets but they looked the same as the stained ones before. Also I asked if I can cancel my reservation and they said no they couldn’t do that. Worst hotel.

AC wasn’t working and toilet didn’t flush! They couldn’t change our room until the following day.
