Checked in the pre-determined hotel, but placed in a room, not as reserved with Travelocity and reason given is: hotel is overbooked with my reserved accomodations; instead hotel places me in a "smoking room" with 2 beds...I voiced my disappointment, for my reservation with Travelocity called for a non-smoking room with a king size bed, but no rectification from the hotel ensues...Please take note of this unfortunate situation....but following days hotel made adjustment

Too many people in the resort during the pandemic. No parking spaces in the properties (they made guests park by the roadsides). A-la-carte restaurants were fully reserved for long-term stay guests, and they didn't allow guests to make reservations before check-in. The room was clean and has a balcony, but the air conditioning was way to cold (even it was switched to "fan" mode or "heater" mode); we ended up shutting down the AC and open the window when we slept. The body pillows were a bit smelly.

I checked in before my grand daughter I was treated much different then her she was down graded room smelt of cigar and room had no power told generator not working given no flash light nothing booked tropical sent to palms was told not allowed dinner reservations unreal how bad the resort treated them

The rooms in tropical rooms are clean the staffs are amazing. The rooms have fixture that need to be replaced. Shower handles were about to fall off, ceiling fans makes funny noise. Need more maintenance repair instead of waiting break off.
