Customer service failed terribly,not a happy personal,first hotel room was not in condition for use for any guest,took 3 days to finally move us to a working order room no ac, door jammed leaving us locked for 30 minutes after a night out,sink clogged, reported from day 1 and both g happened ,for 3 days the services offered not true night club closed every night early the pool closes at 8pm this should definitely be a no thrill hotel,if you get sick they want to charge a fee of $200usd just to be seen without treatment, this is more like a retirement place horrible experience overall and the customer service just unacceptable the knowledge was junk pretty much on your own,I asked to speak 2x to general manager that neber happened they avoided it to the fullest, they have the locals on beach and definitely can’t relax, they don’t get beach chairs for you it jist got worse and worse as the days went,

we had an absolutely perfect vacation. The staff are very friendly, accommodating and always ready to help and to make you smile. Room service was exceptional: bedding and towels were changed on a daily basis; everything is clean and fresh. Clean and well-maintained property. Food is not great, but a good variety, so nobody will starve. Nice, clean beach with plenty space to stay on a sun or hide under the palms. Very annoying salespeople :-))))) We have experienced a lot of winds and waves, however, 10 minute's walk on a beach and you can find a place with almost no waves. The only thing that was really upsetting was kite-boarding lessons. In a description of sports it was announced FREE kite-boarding lessons, however, they are not free at all.

Loved the hotel, the pool, entertainment area, the beach, the staff, the activities. Loved the New Year's dinner and party. Loved the guests and overall environment and vibe. Food was very good, the activities were good but could do more to include teens. And I noticed the tv with announcements a couple of days before living, I wish I had noticed that before. Can improve on laundry facilities. I had a room that got no sun and couldn't get clothes dried. It would be nice to have access to a drier or washer. laundry services were way overpriced, like US$5 for one item. This is the one reason to give 4/5. Oh, and I didn't get my free items after the Viva Club presentation. =) Overall, a very good place that I would recommend and I would visit again.

If someone writes a good review than probably they never been in good place. The rooms were dirty and outdated. First room smelled like septic, air conditioning leaking, tiles falling apart, no soaps,no hand and face towels, balcony opening horrible, gym old and smelly plus dirty. Women bathroom did not work. Limited meat dishes, one bar open and lines for ordering some drinks. Pool towels limited- sometimes afternoon did not have any. I would not recommend this place at all. Did not allow you to stay in the ocean even in the shallow water.
