I didn’t like on day five our hotel room was full of hundreds of bees it took four calls to the front desk and 50 minutes before security came and informed us that they could not do anything. I asked to be moved to another room they said they would call me back and they never did. My husband ended up killing as many as possible and we sushed them out of our sliding glass doors spent a horrible night. It was last night of our vacation Totally ruined it. It’s not so much the bees they could not help it but it was the lack of concern and action of the hotel staff.

It was a beautiful resort and some of the staff went out of their way to make sure you had a wonderful stay. I would like to mention some of the workers that were so kind to us. We went to Bocados the steakhouse and the staff there was amazing and personable. Alvaro and Antonio, Esteban and Ricardo thank you for your friendliness and for accommodating our needs. At the Blanca Blue Bar Ulises was kind and welcoming and was always helpful. The girls at the kids club were sweet and my kids loved them. Also the hostesses Alejandro and Paola at Blance Blue were very nice to us. Last but not least Juan(bartender) Gonzalo and Miguel at the tower 5 pool thank you for your kindness and attentiveness. We had a wonderful stay because of the wonderful staff. The beds were amazing and so was the food. I would definitely come back. See you next summer!
