Not too good

Pros: Staff
Cons: More shuttle's
Location: Not too much nearby...
All staff is welcoming and extremely friendly, the grounds are extremely huge and everything is so far away you need to relay on vans to transport you throughout the grounds. Waited 30 minutes for the hotel shuttle to take us to dinner. Window panes at the restaurant are dirty and filled with dead flies and insects. Rooms are clean, mattresses are hard and not comfortable. Shortage or bathroom towels, and the towels that you get are rough

Beautiful hotel but needs help with food

Cons: Mattress was horrible, it is super stiff. I had to sleep on pillows to make it comfortable.
Location: You must travel out to the city or beach, for this you will need a car or taxi (which gets expensive quickly).
The hotel is roughly 30 minutes away form city center so it was nice to come back to a quite room. The hotel is modern/contemporary, I was pleased with it's aesthetics. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. This being said, I give it a 4.5 (I don't give it 5 stars because there was nothing to do unless you spend all day at the pool). Food - not good at all. I actually lost my appetite while we where there. It's such a beautiful hotel but the quality in taste of the food fails miserably.
