I stayed here and the food was ok. The staff was nice, until I reached out to have some items shipped to me that I forgot in my room. It was a huge hassle. I contacted management and was very specific on what I left behind. They only shipped some of my items back. They kept some new items and denied that they were there. I was disappointed that they were dishonest and lied. If you go there, do not leave your stuff behind or unattended! They have yet to make this right.

Entertainment was good and property was not too large. Eric was great every night. Bartenders and servers were awesome! Elevators were the only hit or miss. View was great! We will go back again!

The property was very nice . Great entertainment and very cleN and friendly staff. But the alcohol. U couldn't catch a buzz if u tried even if u drank straight from the bottle. I had 13 drinks and 8 shots . Never felt anything. U could see the dark liquor was watered down and very clear color. I under stand if u dont want to deal with drunk ppl every day but dam i couldn't even catch a buzz. Went to bubba gumps at the air port on the way home and had 3 drinks and felt more buzzed then i did all week at the resort

We enjoyed our stay overall. It was very crowded especially with children. Should have opted for the adult only property. The walk to the beach is a little longer than most resorts we’ve stayed. I would also recommend a room that didn’t face the courtyard. The entertainment at night was nice but very loud when you just wanted to chill. Also in the morning with the buffet was rather loud. The restaurants don’t take reservations which made it difficult to get into unless you were waiting in line at 5:15 and even then no guarantee. Really nice resort but not what I expected after other resorts I’ve been to.

Overall, the property is amazing. The rooms are well maintained and my family and I has an amazing week. The only two, very nitpicky problems, were 1) the location is far from many attractions and it's a 40 min drive to downtown, and 2) some of the lounge chairs in the pool areas have seen better days.
