Well, I booked four rooms for my sister, my two bridesmaids, and my mother under my name for my wedding, but they only had three rooms under my name. So I had to get another room in a different hotel for my mother who flew down from Canada. And they said you only said three rooms. Thank you I may not be using this site again. And I will be going on Yelp and Reddit telling everyone about this

Great place, great location, helpful staff. suggestion: would be nice if restaurants opened earlier, the earliest was 7am and for the non-buffet places it was hard to get a reservation.

Luis (bags) and Alessandro (omelettes) were the sole stars of the trip. They were both great. I’ve never seen a staff at an all inclusive be so unwilling to make guests feel welcome.

Our first room had issues with water coming in from the heavy rain. We were then moved to a different room with a better view. Brenda checked us in and also moved us and she was Amazing. Housekeeping was very accommodating and pleasant. The bartenders remembered our drink preferences and were always friendly and fast. The entire stay was probably one of the best we have experienced. The all inclusive route was the best deal ever. We will definitely be back!
