Beautiful location and newer facilities. The rooms were relatively clean with consistent housekeeping although they would always come at 4pm. Staff was either very helpful or very rude. Food was just okay. The restaurants were beautiful but the food felt like it was from a caterer. We both had GI issues (just discomfort not sick) the entire week and for a week after our stay. Overall, beautiful resort but we constantly felt confused because the app they make you use wasn’t helpful (we didn’t know you must have a reservation for all locations) and we felt like a burden to half the staff (eye rolls, denied requests)

Gorgeous place with great food and lots of options. Kind Staff and many wonderful memories. Clean, peaceful, not very wild or loud. More of a tranquil luxury vibe. Beautiful scenery and landscaping. Well maintained and well managed. Would return!
