Horrible, Disaster, False advertisement, Not a resort at all more like a Motel, Not All Inclusive at all, beach a total lie, it was a nightmare. Stay away from this place and go to a real All Inclusive Resort

Service at restaurants was terrible. There were many meals that no one even approached our table for beverages. If table had 4 chairs around it, then there’d by 5 glasses, 2 forks, no napkins. No organization at all. Room service would come but with no silverware. Room service-either get towels and no wash clothes or get wash clothes but no towels. Never any hand towels. At pool there were never any dry towels. When we checked in we received bracelets for all inclusive then next day got a call from front desk -very rude telling us to come to desk to remove bracelet. I asked why and he said you’re not all inclusive. I had to pay an additional $2,500 (on top of the ridiculously expensive trip) to pay for all inclusive that i thought was already included since it was a gated resort. The food was the same every single day and was bland and at times hard to even figure out what it was.

Very disappointing experience. We booked an all inclusive hotel as stated in Blue Beach luxury all inclusive Resort. This was our first scan. In the lobby they told us our rate doesn’t include the all inclusive package. So we have to pay $240 daily for meals. I spent one whole day calling customer service where initially they offered me a $50 coupon for our next Travelocity trip (seriously!!!). Finally they told me “Our GM will call you during the day”. I’m still waiting for the call. The hotel is never what we expected. At 10:00 pm the hotel was totally death and pool closed daily at 8:00 pm

Hotel is beautiful but under construction.

Pros: Staff was excellent. Our special thanks to Angel Ariel Bonilla and waiter in the restaurant Juan Perozo Dulito.
Cons: Hotel should be build first and then sell the rooms. Hotel should have the transportation for the people from airport and back.
Location: Nothing you can do there. Nowhere to go nearby.
We stay 10 days in Blue Beach Resort. Hotel staff were excellent and tried very hard to help us to feel comfortable. The noisy construction was too much everywhere. On the beach and in the rooms was noisy during our stay. The rooms were specious and had very good equipment in the kitchen. But what can you do with big refrigerator, nice oven and stove top? No stores nearby to buy decent food.The hotel has only one restaurant and with very little choices to choose from. We ended up eating almost the same dishes every day. The bottom line is. We are not satisfied with our vacation.
