My family and I had a fantastic time. There were so many things to do for my entire family. Cleanliness was top tier. Staff made you feel like family. The photos did not do this property any justice. Oh did I mention how spacious it was. I cannot wait to return. I’ve been to many countries and stayed in mannyyy hotels and this is currently number one!

The property is nice but most of the staff is racial and rude and the fact that it is all inclusive and you still have to pay for bowling and all other games and also you have to pay for drinks at the disco and some of the pools are only for VIP guest . So for me it’s too expensive compared to sandals where everything is included in the price .

The staff took great care to ensure that all areas, from the lobby, restaurants to the rooms were spotless. The service was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Especially my Mayordomo (Eliezer) I gave him five Stars ⭐️ The facilities were top-notch. The pools, spa, and casino were all well-maintained and offered a variety of activities to keep guests entertained. I did enjoy the Michael Jackson Show. The resort is located in a beautiful in area in Punta Cana that feels safe and quiet, making it perfect for relaxation. I appreciated the variety of shopping and dining options available on-site. Each restaurant offered a unique experience, and the food was delicious! Especially the Marketplace. My Only Complaint: The only issue I encountered was with the jacuzzi. While it had hot water, it didn’t produce bubbles, so I couldn’t enjoy a proper bubble bath. Despite this, everything else was very well maintained and clean. Overall, I highly recommend Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana for anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable all-inclusive experience. I can't wait to return! My next trip will be in December! Too big of a property to get from point A to point B, too many kids, staff was noisy in the room hallways everyday. Food was ok. My stuff got taken on the lounge chair at the pool and when i made a report they didnt empathize with me and were rude. However 2 hrs later they called my room to tell me they found it. We had a bad experience and wont be coming back to this property. Although we love Hard Rock hotels in general well stick with Cancun!

Great resort my family loved it! Only negative is all the beds by the pools and beach are always reserved so it’s very hard to find a spot
