The staff was very unfriendly, it took 3 hours to check in, the room was falling apart we did not have a beach view, and my reservation specified we did, we were treated like second-class citizens and I will never stay at an occidental property again anywhere

En general estamos muy satisfechos fue exelente todo la atencion y dedicacion del personal es exesional. En lo unico que tienen que mejorar un poco es en la calidad y variedad de las comidas.en el bufe.Pero se puede califilicar tambien como bastante bueno.solo le falta la variedad,casi todos los dias es lo mismo. todo lo demas es impecable,pasamos dias maravillosos. las excursiones muy buenas, las actividades del hotel amenas. las habitaciones son confortables lo unico que les falta es un cubrecamas para que le de un toque mas elegante a la habitacion,la cama asi ,como que se ve muy pobre.

Bad staff , the food was not really good . Not tables to eat , they don't have organization , I didn't like the room .. a long time to check in .. terrible I will not come back

Love the food. Customer service needs to be improve, more friendly, kind and helpfull. Love the shows, entertainment, music, beach, pools, etc. Rooms need to be more updated it and need more details as far as clean, towels, etc.

The food here is awful. Even at the restaurants but the worst part by far was the drinks! Tasted like highschool drinks with crappy alcohol and bad mixes. Beach was nice and pools were nice but that’s the only good thing I have to say
