I loveddddd my stay. I went with my son for his 8th birthday and we both loved the resort. It was super clean & the entire staff was friendly. The only downside was the food. But in all honesty I’ve yet to go to a resort and the food was just to “die for”. I will definitely be back and recommending all of my friends and family!

Staff wasn’t so friendly, impossible to get a reservation for dinner even when trying to do so 5 days in advance - the earliest was 9-930 and having small children made this extremely difficult. Resort itself was beautiful and clean. Lots to do for kids - far walk to the beach, but beautiful nonetheless. Was never able to get a long chair or cabana by pool even when going down at 730am they were all taken. The food was subpar and half of our party got very sick. Overall, while the resort was clean and beautiful, it was not the quality of a 5 star resort.

Overall, it was very nice. Having just come back from there I can see why there is a dichotomy of reviews. First off, the food. When we got there, we tried to make reservations the first day for the restaurants. THEY HAD ZERO RESERVATIONS FOR ANY RESTURANT IN THE RESORT. Read that again. We showed, and were told THERE WERE ZERO RESERVATIONS FOR OUR FAMILY TO EAT. So, all those things you read about that are true. Also, I'm not picky, but some of the food was inedible. Your drunk friend at a backyard BBQ can make a better burger than this place. We had to eat at the buffet, which did have nice desserts, essentially breakfast, lunch dinner. I guess you can email reservations PRIOR to arrival if you want a chance to eat at a restaurant. The facilities are clean, and night time entertainment was very good. Some bartenders were amazing, some, clearly burnt out. Avoid the horseback riding trip, my family feared for their lives. The dunebuggies were fun, but our throttle cable snapped, leaving the thing wide open. I guess that added to the experience. There is a shuttle to the beach, but it's only a pleasant, 7 minute walk. By the time people were done waiting for the shuttle, we were already there. The pools were beautiful and plentiful, one with a swim up bar. Overall, very nice, but not great. If we had been able to, IDK, eat at a restaurant, maybe it I would give it 5 stars. I would go back, but we're going to look at other places first.

I loved the property! It was exactly what the pictures showed. The staff is super friendly, other than the staff members that are super pushy about the memberships. Food was just okay! The best food was as the bar food from Rubi Rock. My boyfriend and I stayed 3 nights and we pretty much had to ask for fresh towels every day. On the first night of check in we did not have facial towels to shower. Besides that concierge Reyna was absolutely AMAZING! She made my birthday even better than the actual vacation!
