A good apartment, but non-working air conditioning
Good things * It is a large apartment with plenty of space. * It has a good kitchen to cook your food. Including a gas-powered oven, hobs, fridge, freezer, microwave, plates, and cutlery. * There are 2 bathrooms that have a shower + toilet. * It was generally clean and tidy. Bad things * The air conditioning did not work at all, for the whole apartment. A guy came to fix it several times, but he was never able to get it working. After I complained about this, I was offered a 20% refund as compensation, but I only received 17.4% reimbursement. * The apartment host, Nuria M, sent me the digital door key (PIN code) too late, only a few hours before I arrived, when I did not have an Internet connection on my phone. This caused many problems when I arrived, as I was effectively locked out for a long time. * The given address and location were slightly wrong, which confused the taxi driver a lot. * The apartment is next to a busy main road which is not quiet most of the time. At night time, you will hear lots of road traffic, as well as occasional loud music from nearby shops. * The bedroom has very bright-colored curtains which do not make the room dark enough at night time.
