Our room got flooded, and never got compensated from the hotel other than a free dinner at a restaurant that was the only pay restaurant.

Royalton Punta Cana has quick access to the water park with great slides. The hotel had a decent amount of workers, a cariety of restuarants to choose from with good food, and two nice pools. The pools and beaches closed at 7pm so that was disappointing. Be sure to know what type of stay you get weather it is a normal stay, diamond club or a hideaway stay because the experiences are different. Overall a beautiful peaceful place!

The staff members were not that great some were rude. They all had no motivation to work so made us feel unwelcome. Everything shut down by early and no fun. Would not recommend this resort to anyone.
