This hotel is run-down and dirty. The parking lot, mostly empty except for litter, should have clued me in. The hotel has a musty smell to it, and the room door had to be pushed open pretty hard once the key actually worked. The room itself was old and musty, had no towels, and the light in the bathroom was missing the cover and a wire exposed. We didn't end up staying because nobody wanted to sit on a bed. I suppose if all you need is a room to sleep in and don't care about anything else, it's fine. But if you actually want to enjoy your stay and feel safe, go somewhere else.

There was nothing to like about the property, it was disgustingly dirty.I didn’t even spend the night I left after a couple of hours and went somewhere else. The heater didn’t work so the room was cold.

This hotel & staff are the worse I have ever seen, we been switching rooms because they are a mess, blood on the mattress, messy sheets and at the end the person who call himself “manager” nock at our door before 6 am asking for a balance (everything was charge to the credit card), also telling us we need to leave or he will call the police, I ended up calling the police and he said “sorry I was new and did not know” we have seen him out there since day one. After all that when we get to front desk they were commenting and laughing about the situation. We are so disappointed about all the bad experience and requested to be refunded.

No Smoke Detector Training and stained sheets(marker covered) Ripped curtain and sheer. Missing black out curtain(flood lights outside window) No Channels on tv besides 20 CNN. Pool closed(guessing because of Covid) but no masks on staff or residents. Horribly stained furniture Cleaning staff quit Strange seeds/eggs in bed

Toilet paper was better than expected... good thing since we had an empty box of tissues. Slow checkin so we did not get a chance to ask for the things we were short on. Only one washcloth and one hand towel. Shampoo instead of lotion where the lotion should have been. Small bath towels for a large man does not get it. Was asleep until people checked in above. The floor creaked with every step for about an hour.
