Supposed to get 2 queen beds and got 2 double beds. TV didn’t work. Staff not friendly or helpful. Not satisfied at all

They were ao accomodating on letting us check in early. My husband had surgery and was done by 11:00 and the front desk clerk let us get in our room early. That was above and beyond! Thank you very much!!

**TERRIBLE AND UNSAFE**
We checked in during a tornado. Within ten minutes we ran from this facility after observing drug sales and prostitution in the parking lot directly in front of the entrance. The owner of the hotel refused us a refund even though we didn’t stay and were uncomfortable with the illegal activity happening. We had our two very young children with us as well.
Disgusting property and will be disputing the charge with our credit card company. I warn you to stay far from this hotel!

Hi Amber, According to our record, you checked in at 4:56 pm, and we didn't see you since then. The tornado alert went OFF at 9:15 pm. Some of my staffs and I had been present at the lobby area during this tornado/rainfall. At 10 pm, you probably called Expedia and asked for a refund from undisclosed location. In order to justify your claim, you used drug and prostitute charges against us. These are not only fabricated and false, but also regrettable by all means. We have zero tolerance for these types of crimes, and always take serious actions whenever we notice any. We have 24 hours front desk service, and I, as a owner, personally remain present here most of the time for the service of my guests. We are in the border of Bettendorf and Davenport, and it is the best and most secure place in quad city area. If people were selling drugs and solicit for prostitution in front of a hotel at 4:56 pm (daylight), I would never check into that hotel. Instead, I would call the police. In this case, you never even mentioned it to us. You might have left the Hotel for your personal reasons and decided not to come back. But please do not try to put false allegation against others in order to get some money. This is ridiculous.

We found black mold on the air conditioner and I made the choice of not having my family stay there. They asked if I wanted another room and I declined. I then went to get my belongings and they informed me that the manager would be issuing a refund, its been 3 months and still havent heard anything.
