Book a hotel near Quinnipiac University, Hamden

"Seems to be a Party Hotel...!st night Police had to be called 2nd night numerous complaints about noise, slamming doors, smoking etc.... Not a good family atmosphere at all !!!! Probably will never stay here again. I believe they were told to leave both nights. !st night,they refused, thats why police were called by staff."

"There was no heat on in the room when I got there. IT WAS FREEZING. I turned the heat on and went out for a bit because it was just too cold to stay. The last time I stayed at this establishment I had a totally different experience (very positive Room 208). This time I was in a "suite" which was worse that the regular king bed I had stayed in previously. This room 215, has water stains on the ceiling in the bathroom. Water stains on the wall from the sprinkler head. it was so NOISY with the road traffic and it went on all night. The shampoo bottle was only 3/4 of the way full which grossed me out. There was an impending ice storm on the way, I inquired about late checked, if need be, and was told there would be an additional charge, When I called BS, the man then has to speak to his "manager" and said he would call me back and he never did. I called again and he said it would be fine. At that same time I asked for a channel listing and was told I could come down to the front desk and get one. I didn't bother, there were no digital channels, only analog. There were only about 25 channels available and 3 of them were in Spanish. Don't bother with this place! "

"Rooms very clean! Updated...had refrigerator, microwave, TV, Wifi. Bathrooms spotless! Came in each day to make beds and swap out towels! Couldn't be happier with this hidden gem! Check in and out effortless. Will be frequent it this coming year for sure!"
