The hotel was 15 minutes from the airport and was in very poor condition.

We do not understand. You said that the hotel is in poor conditions??? If that means you, I must tell you that you are lying. Our hotel is one of the best categorized in the airport area and we have high ratings in all the websites where we are advertised. In any case, we do not know why you put this comment. If for some reason you felt bad at our hotel, we regret it and would like to know how we could improve in the future.
