Complex recently built very quiet and quiet, located at the entrance of Marina di Ragusa very close to the center and the main services (supermarket, emergency room, pharmacies, gas station, bar, marina).


the villa consists of 2 double bedrooms, one of which can be a cot, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a double sofa bed in the living area where there are no blackout curtains, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, a outdoor bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchen with laundry and dishwasher, large living area, 2 gardens, a private pool for the exclusive use of the villa of 50 square meters (5 meters x 10 meters), parking space adjacent to the villa. The kitchen includes supplies (plates, cutlery, glasses) for 6 covered, oven, pots, refrigerator, pots, stoves. The bathroom has a small courtesy kit for each guest. The house has air conditioning / heating in every room, TV, small stereo. Linen / towels kit for each guest will be provided at the entrance, which can be changed upon request (€ 10.00 per bed). The pool is cleaned at the guests' entrance and every 7 days for free, you can request:
- mid-week pool cleaning for € 50.00
- mid-week house cleaning at a cost of € 50.00
- Mid-week linen change at a cost of € 10.00 per bed.
- mid-week change of towels at a cost of € 5.00 per guest


the garden is taken care of every 7/15 days, you will be advised on the day in which the maintenance of the gardener is scheduled

free access to all areas of the house except for the internal garage, which will be closed. Free parking spaces are available in the private road adjacent to the villa.

I also willing to organize your trips to and from the airport of Catania / Comiso and / or for any excursions to visit the towns of the Valle di noto, beaches, nature reserves, typical and / or starred restaurants. for these services I will provide you with quotes in relation to your request

At about 500 meters from the villa there is currently a construction site with moving vehicles, which in some days could be a source of noise.

The bus stop is about 900 meters away. The main roads of communication for any transfers / excursions are at 100 meters and there is no need to go from the crowded center.
