Hello! Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Please accept my sincere apologies that you were not satisfied with your shuttle experience and that we did not exceed your expectations. I am surprised to hear our shuttle was to capacity. Most days and always during peak times, we have two shuttles in operation. We do request guests schedule upon check-in to ensure availability at their preferred time. There are options available every half hour. Once again, thank you for bringing this concern to my attention so we can address it immediately. This should not have happened and I will do everything in my power to ensure it is an isolated incident. I hope we will have a future opportunity to restore your confidence in the Aloft and redeem this experience. Dear Yvonne, Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay with us! I am so sorry to hear that your room did not receive proper housekeeping service. I will look into this to see what may have cause such lapse in service. In the case of a Downtime Sign being present on the door, our team is trained to not disturb the guest in the room. The housekeeping team checks in the morning, around lunch time, as well as in the afternoon to see if a Downtime Sign has been removed. Out of respect for the privacy of the guest, we will not enter into a room to clean it if the Downtime Sign is present. This is one possibility of why the room may not have been serviced. Please rest assured, I will address this with our Executive Housekeeper to ensure her team is following our policies and correct any behavior that needs to be rectified immediately. Once again, we appreciate your feedback and hope to have a future opportunity to go above and beyond for you!
