I stayed here many times in 2019, and everything was great. The shine has come off this hotel. The carpet in the elevators needed to be vacuumed. People smoked both cigarettes and cigars in the elevators. The carpet both in the hallways and room needs either a deep cleaning or replacement. The neck roll as pictured was missing from my bed. My bed and shower had clumps of black hair. The entire room was full of dusty edges and in cleaned glass surfaces. I bought Pledge and Windex and cleaned this mess up. The shower floor needs either a deep clean or replacement. It had red coloring which indicates uncleaned areas. I received no housekeeping and used two towels and bath cloths I had packed. I had to ask for additional toilet paper as the roll was almost out upon checkout with no backup. Indeed, if you look closely this hotel has become quite dirty. I don’t feel it’s my obligation to have to ask for clean towels, bathroom tissue, housekeeping, or anything for a $140.43 a night hotel room for one person. I’m very disappointed and will never be returning to this location again. I suggest you make the clean decision and avoid this hotel as well. Both your health and wallet will thank you!

Still waiting after 10 days for my $101 from the hotel ,on hold, to be given back. Couldnt use coffeemaker where it was set up the outlet didnt work.

I chose this for shuttle to rdu. I was told shuttle was full ! I only live 45 Min away. Had to pay for hotel and 7 day airport parking . Will never do again. I tried to reserve space for shuttle when I booked and they would not let me

I am surprised to hear our shuttle was to capacity. Most days and always during peak times, we have two shuttles in operation. We do request guests schedule upon check-in to ensure availability at their preferred time. There are options available every half hour. Once again, thank you for bringing this concern to my attention so we can address it immediately. This should not have happened and I will do everything in my power to ensure it is an isolated incident. we had an issue with house keeping, the first night they did not clean our room, when on our way out for the day I spoke with house keeping at the front desk and requested extra towels and coffee, not sure what happen, also tissues and toilet paper were not refilled and had to reqest

Dear Yvonne, Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay with us! I am so sorry to hear that your room did not receive proper housekeeping service. I will look into this to see what may have cause such lapse in service. In the case of a Downtime Sign being present on the door, our team is trained to not disturb the guest in the room. The housekeeping team checks in the morning, around lunch time, as well as in the afternoon to see if a Downtime Sign has been removed. Out of respect for the privacy of the guest, we will not enter into a room to clean it if the Downtime Sign is present. This is one possibility of why the room may not have been serviced. Please rest assured, I will address this with our Executive Housekeeper to ensure her team is following our policies and correct any behavior that needs to be rectified immediately. Once again, we appreciate your feedback and hope to have a future opportunity to go above and beyond for you!

Concerns

Two items of concern: 1.) the bathroom sliding door was very hard to move. 2.) when getting up in the middle of the night light switches are not visible to know which is bathroom and which turns on main room lights. Also, the switch to light the toilet area also lights up outside the toilet/tub area which is disturbing to the other occupant in the room. Light switch for toilet area should be near door to toilet and only light up that room. Thank you, Tami
