We were disappointed that the indoor pool water was so cold. Also, the hot tub/ spa was out of order. What a bummer! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The hotel didn’t have its pool spa restaurant or bar open due to “Covid” but neighboring hotels with smaller amount of rooms had everything open. I paid for this weekend thinking I was going to have the amenities I paid for but they were not open. I was never informed that those things were not available for me during my stay until I got to the hotel.

Repairs needed in room. Pool out of service during family travel time of year (Thanksgiving). Carpet in room old. Lack of counter space in bathroom , especially for a 4 person suite. Lobby design is odd. Strangers hanging out in closed cafe. Employeees?

We asked for a wake up call which we did not receive so we missed our scheduled shuttle time. There was no hair dryer in the room. Overall, the room was more than satisfactory and the overall hotel was good. I would stay again.

We travel a lot and although I only needed this hotel for an overnight to catch a very early flight, it was very comfortable. Front desk staff was very personable, conversational and informative. My room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel looked and smelled clean, which is very important to us. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. I was able to relax, catch some Zzzz's and the bonus of the transport to the airport made this effortless. I will stay again.

The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. We liked the fixtures in the bathroom and the colors used throughout the lobby and common areas.
