white lady on first shift at desk said she was manager was the rudest person I've ever come in contact with. James at front desk first shift was the nicest person I've ever met.

We chose this property because if its pet friendly policy. We are grateful for that, and our pets were welcome. However, our room was not serviced by housekeeping. Our wet towels were on the floor when we came back in the evening. We had to trade in our towels at the front desk to get clean towels. I killed a cockroach in our room - first time that I ever had to do that. Further, our upstairs neighbor was so loud late at night. I called the front desk and the attendant said he would call them. The jumping and running noises continued until 1:30 am. We had a 5 am wakeup time. Then when I went to check out in the morning and to express my concerns, there was no one at the front desk. A huge disappointment for our family holiday trip.

nothing deluxe about the deluxe studio

Pros: nice curb appeal, entry way was pleasant, location (that's it)
Cons: housekeeping needs an overhaul
Location: eateries, walnut creek amphitheater, shopping
the 2.5 pillows were wore out (stacked all 2.5 of them so my husband could have 1 decent pillow as I had none), there was no toiletries in the room (nothing but 1 small bar labeled facial soa),, shower ran forever and still it was a cold shower (luke warm would of sufficed) , there was 3 large blood like stains all over the carpet, the fridge had a terrible odor once the door was opened, the room was hotter than HOT so we had to open the windows & crank the ac to make it bearable while getting ready for our night out (attending a concert), the room has a weird smell but we later noticed the heating & cooling unit had old food forced/crumbled inside & that was where some of the odor was coming from & it looked as if it had been there forever & I'm confident its still there, full size kitchen but absolutely nothing to use in it then we notice a placard that says dishes, utensils, etc. is available & to contact the front desk (another person staying there informed us the stuff came with a fee so why offer a kitchen but nothing to aid in the use of the kitchen), continental breakfast was the slimmest I've ever seen (why bother?), we are in hotels about 12 weekends a year, we have stayed with Extended Stay before but this is absolutely the worst experience ever, no need to complain but as I stood at the front desk to checkout where normally I would tell the manager but after 10 minutes I took a sharpie & wrote our room # on the cards! I felt dirty sleeping here----

Mays, it was disheartening to read that we did not live up to our usual standards, and we're truly sorry your stay was less than satisfactory. We assure you that what you experienced is not acceptable, and we will take immediate action to identify why we failed so we can prevent these issues from occurring again. We will also make sure our front desk communicates the hotel policies well during check-in. we hope you will give us another chance so that we can make it up to you. Sincerely, General Manager

Great price and location

Could use a good thural cleaning. But if the other guest cared or had morals about themselves it would be a 5 star to me. Overall well worth the price plus couldn't ask for more friendlier service.

not a good hotel at all.

Pros: nothing
Cons: everything
Location: drugs, prostitutes, pawn shops and bars. not in the other reviews i saw etc. hotel has been used very hard by occupants and it more than shows.
So we pull up and immediatly are sized up and down by folks meanandering around outside. go into the lobby to check in and the front desk clerk is nice and helpful but the condition of th elobby was a little shabby. we are thinking hey it is only one night. get our room key and head up in the elevator. we get off on the third floor and immediatly hear a loud domestic disbute in a room near the elevator. but hey only one night, we think again. The sign showing us which way to go to find our room is wrong and we go down two wrong corridoors. but finally find out room. But hey only one night right? open the door to our room and the smell of i do not know. dead cat and now it is more crap I've already paid in full before i got here. but only one night and we will not be back to sleep until after 2am due to work schedule. now we go work the event we are in town for and are talking with the local PD who is helping with our security and mention where we are staying and they all are surprised we did not get robbed already, but then realized that we are capable folks. lots of laughs then leave event at 2am to head to hotel, but hey only one night right? we get there and cabs are dropping off prostitues it looks like, one woman is carrying a giant bag of shoes , then the hooker in the lobby. oh and that door security after 11pm sign. yup no security, no problem to get into building with no key card, but hey only one night right? needless to say this was the worst hotel ever.
